Refunds/Returns:

At Anakh, your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations for any purchases.

Exchanges:

For regular-priced shoe purchases, Anakh allows exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for shoes purchased at discounted prices or using discount codes.

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at Aman@anakh.sg. You'll need to arrange and cover the shipping costs for the shoes to be returned to Anakh (Precept Trends Singapore Private Limited at 10 Jalan Besar #07-06 Sim Lim Tower Singapore 208787). Once received, we'll ship the replacement pair to you free of charge. Please note that items returned without prior exchange request will not be accepted.

Kindly ensure that the items are returned in pristine, unused condition, with all Anakh packaging intact. For trying on shoes, we suggest using a soft, carpeted surface to prevent any potential marks or damage to the soles or leather. Additionally, please bear in mind that we can accommodate only one exchange shipment per purchase.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
